Each resident is assigned a preceptor at the start of their educational program. There are also research mentors on both the Chicago and Evanston campuses. Residents regularly meet with the Program Director, Dr. Simon, and her team. The Chairman, Dr. Lengyel, also hosts regular meetings with each resident class.

In addition to the divisions of obstetrics, gynecology, REI and oncology, Endeavor Health also has a pelvic pain and minimally invasive surgery division and a perinatal depression program.
