Each resident is assigned a preceptor at the start of their educational program. There are also research mentors on both the Chicago and Evanston campuses. Residents regularly meet with the Program Director, Dr. Dade, and her team. The Chairman, Dr. Lengyel, also hosts regular meetings with each resident class.
